A great day shopping today from 10:00am until 7:00pm! Galleries LaFayette, Michael Kor, Basler, Jimmy Choo, Chanel, Dior, Prada, Hermes. Lunch was a true highlight at Cafe de la Paix. This is our wine chosen by Christine. The entree of tomatoes and sheeps cheese a delight. Main course I had red mullet - the fish not the haircut! See next blog for dessert. Carol.

Meant to post this yesterday. It is the pool where we are staying. Roughly 15 metres square. Beautiful and clean and as you can see a lovely outlook. An expensive accoutrement for 2 villas. Just noted that I did post it yesterday. Nonetheless such a beautiful outlook that I have left it there.

Headed out this morning to do a course that I reconnoitered yesterday. The objective was to do some long climbs. Ultimately did 4 * 5K+ climbs, including that to Le Baux twice. Took this on the top of a climb up a valley. It is about 10K from Le Baux and 15 from St Remy. Ultimately did 55K with just on 800 metres of climbing. Hopefully am building some strength before tackling Mont Ventoux again.
