Good to hear all your news! keep off the cakes i say ....  we have had a bit of hairy week - my dad broke his hip again which caused a lot of trauma but God has been so gracious and against all the odds he is doing so well. Life is much the same here in sunny broadstairs we miss you loads and i am happy that you are happy God bless you!

Thanks for all these photos - it's been great to get a feel for where you all are & what we're praying for.  I must say that the photo of the toilet didn't come out on my computer - i imagine it was too grim to get past all my computer protection systems...

Hope the Spanish lessons go well & that you settle in to all the cultural differnces quickly.  Keep us all up-dated; your in our prayers...

Hi Catharine...thanks for your mailings, what tales! reads like 'Driving over Lemons'....family's move to Spain, very evocative, except your experience is Peru!! sorry about the loo! not conducive!! hope it was not boiled slug!! James ate armadillo in the Amazon (gap year in Brazil). will make camping at New Wine, seem positively luxurious. guess you will all get used to it all & cheer one another up when feeling low, bound to happen. but God is great & faithful.
