Hey guys photos look really good. Missing you lots ann. u to greg.. But ann lots. :) Ray and i are very convinced to go to venice now. Very jelous. Love you lots and missing you. Oh by the way luv Liz's baby shower is on the 9th of Febuary at 1.30pm at our house. and we have done a family bet/guess when the baby is due and what the sex will be and how much it will weigh (in pounds). So if you could let us know of your prediction that would be great and we will add it to the guess list. Your included to Greg. There is a Haighs Super Frog in it for the WINNER. ( i thought you'd like that Greg) She is due on the 23rd of March if that helps- most bets are on Liz having a Girl but your dad and ken have guessed boy.
Happy to heat your doing well. Cant wait to read your next blog. Love you lots guys stay safe and happy.

Hi you two.
Great to see the photos. It looked quite cold in a couple of them. Looks like you are having a great time. Trish enjoyed catching up with you on the phone the other night. Glad to hear that you got your early train. Barcelona looks a lot warmer. What do people go to see in Barcelona? We might have a virtual tour with you. Mum is such an "I.T. head" these days.
Keep well, love Mum & Dad G

Hey, I agree with Trish that the weather looks awesome - cold but doesn't look like much rain :) Love the photos, brings back a lot of great memories. You both look happy and well. Never been to Spain so look forward to seeing photos of that. Miss you lots and love you heaps. Big hugs coming your way!
Patricia
Hi Ann & Greg,
Great photos! But I don't know why you've been complaining about the weather - you had sunshine in Europe in December and as for the fog just wait till you get to England!
Some advice from a Danish girl we met in Cairns - the Tivoli Gardens is THE place to be for New Year celebrations. Also a practical tip from our experiences there - supermarkets and small shops do not accept credit cards in Denmark!
Hope you get to Barcelona on schedule and that Spain lives up to Ann's expectaions.
Missing you heaps. Looking forward to your next post.
Love Mum

Hi Ann & Greg
I hope you are still enjoying Europe despite the freezing weather. Did you have enough pizas while in Italy? We hope the Dumo, the statue of David and other artwork made Florence an enjyable experience and soon you will be heading west.
We are certainly missing you lots here. Baba misses waking Ann up every morning and misses Greg's contribution to finishing the left over food. We have one more week before the Uni shuts down for Christmas and we will then be off util the new year.
Stay safe and warm and look after each other. Looking forward to the next installments.

HEY!
woke up thismorning and guess what?
yep, the sky was grey.
London isn't that bad REALLY. I'm almost getting used to the dark at 4 in the arvo, and the abundance of pubs every 10 metres is a bonus just to nip inside for a sec to warm up.
I'm still holding out to maybe meet up with you guys in Germany (although the country is bigger than i first figured). It'd be sad to be so close and not catch you. I leave for munich on wednesday...
stay warm and safe.

Hi Ann and Greg,
It's great to hear you're having a great time so far. At some stage I recommend throwing away the map and seeing how badly you can get lost!! Ann - I was reeeally slack with my physio last week and my knee started to get a bit sore again - what can say - my physio is on holidays!!! I'm back on it now though.
Had a "4D" scan of the baby yesterday (and I thought there were only 3 dimensions!!). Anyway, the baby was very stubborn and wouldn't get into the right position for good pictures (he/she get that for their mum!!). Anyway, we got some good pictures in the end.
Looking forward to a break over christmas. Have fun and enjoy all the cool places!!

Hi Ann & Greg,
Glad you are enjoyimg yourselves more now after the scary start in Rome - must be normal for that city. Sorry we haven't been messaging but we've not had any interernet access for the last couple of weeks. Just to make you jealous Cairns was having a heat wave when we arrived 37 at 10am and humidity to boot. Great Barrier Reef was spectacular and we BOTH went snorkelling.
Enjoy Florence. Ann don't do too much shopping or you're luggage will be overweight before you leave Italy!
Loving and missing you heaps. Mum (S)
Greg
M&D - no transport strike that we've seen, yes saw big Christmas tree near Collosseum was being decorated by the same 2 men on a crane for 3 days. Gondala ride a bit out of price range, don't know about the bar around the corner only just read msg, but if you want to recommend a place for Barcelona that would work!
Gumnut court.. hope the blogs aren't too corney for you Uncle Peter! Enjoy the mad Christmas prep.
