Paris: Slept in until 8:45 (ooooh, such rebels...not) because we were super tired from yesterday. Giverny: Drove from Rouen to Giverny to see Claude Monet's famous house and gardens, where he spent the last 40 years of his life tending plants and painting. We speedily made a loop through his gardens, tunneled through the underground to his water garden and then back up the the house and made our escape to Paris. Mont St. Michel: Pete woke up at 6 am to take some sunrise pictures of the Abbey from the causeway while I slept soundly in our hotel until the alarm woke me up at 8 am.
