Lazy day. Made it out of the hostel at 4 and headed to the shopping centre at Siam after walking around for a while and watching some Chinese New Year celebrations, which got Coxy overly excited, we made it back to the hostel again and just lazed around some more. First day in Thailand done. A pretty active day for us, started off by getting in our first tuk tuk and the excitement on Coxy's face was unreal. We then got on a long tail boat that was about 100 years old and felt like it was guna break up any minute and did a tour of the river and the canal going around the old city. Can say that the gap year has started off pretty well, firstly we met Ian Bell, Alastair Cook and Graeme Swann at Heathrow and it would have been more special if Coxy had actually know who they were...Anyway, we moved on with our flat caps firmly in our grasps and boarded the 11 hour flight...we arrived in Bangkok pale faced, except Callum who is still tanned somehow....
