Paul's World Adventure
In Beijing now which it turns out is fantastic. The picture of the Forbidden City up there is unfortunately not one of mine, will try to get some of mine up when I'm in one place for more than 2 days!
This evening is my last on the tour run by Vodkatrain, lots of vodka has been drunk but then again theres not a lot else to do on a 4 day train journey! Met a lot of brilliant people both travellers and locals. Went all round the Forbidden City, Tianamen Square, Temple of Heaven and then went to an Acrobat show this evening.

Grandma & Grandad Dear Paul - it all sounds so exciting - is there an age limit or can anybody join in?
Peter Harrington Don't forget to try the crunchy scorpion on a stick. Yummee!
Mati Found a good chinese to eat in yet? I hear they serve monkeys brains, have to be very very fresh though, still warm... Each to his own. Take care Mati n clan
James Whilst I'm certain you've got many important cultural and spiritual things in your mind I thought I'd update you on a few things of real importance as your under the Chinese media blanket and may have missed them. (1) Andy Murray isn't very good at tennis (2) some of Australia is under water (3) egypt has got a bit rowdy and needs to calm down (4) most importantly lfc sold Torres to chelski for £50 million and bought Suarez for £23 mill and Andy Carroll for £35 mill! That is all. J Oh and I hope your enjoying yourself, would be a shame not to after spending all that time getting there! Take care
