Welcome to my journal of my travels to New Zealand. I will try and keep this updated as much as possible but I'm sure there will be plenty more interesting things to do than sit in internet cafes so don't expect too much.
At the moment the plan is to start by spending a week in Morocco, mainly Marrakesh. Then 2 months with a European Interail pass. A Week in St. Petersburg, a few days in Moscow before boarding the Trans-Siberian Railway. This will take me through Mongolia, where I stay in the yurts on the steppes close to Ulaan-Bataar, and on to Beijing. Plan to spend a couple of weeks here and then down to Hong Kong, Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand, Laos, Singapore. That should all take me about 6 months, then I fly to New Zealand to spend a further 6 months getting some money in. Will also be jumping out of planes and off bridges hopefully.
But hey, I haven't booked any flights so this plan could all change. Keep checking this journal to see how I'm getting on, and make sure to send me plenty of emails.

Hello Pauli, not long finished footy and it was a great game. You were sorely missed, but we couldn't help noticing how much less the ball went over the fence. We also think that with Guy playing so much more than you from now on he could start to beat your skill level, mind you he hasn't got the head of gold now has he?
Don't forget to wear a serious amount of sun cream mate, appenently even 5 minutes of exposure to the sun can burn most albino's.
