Hey Peeps, just to update you on our plans for Christmas - the guys just booked us on a two and a half week holiday over Christmas...well the whole trip is a holiday really but you know what I mean! We're going to leave this Friday which is 15th December. I've only been working in this laundrette from last Wednesday so I will only have worked here just over a week. Told my boss and he was fine about it because he knows the circumstances at the minute. The guys can't find a reliable job and we're stuggling to get a nice place. So on Friday we start travelling to a place called Fraser island, to any of you that are interested - check it out on this website www.fraserisland.net it is the largest sand island in the world. Fraser island is strictly four-wheel drive territory so you can imagine what that is going to be like on Christmas Day! We just going to make plans to have a bbq on the beach for Chritsmas I think. Oh and over the new year we're going to travel on a yaught for over a week and sail round the Great Barrier Reef and Whitsundays - if you dont know what these places are look them up on this website - http://www.whitsundays-australia.com/. Apparently they are two of the most beautiful places in the world so we're very lucky to be spending christmas there! Sydney is a lovely city and the people are really really nice but they city just isn't something we came travelling for - we came to see nature at it's best, of course meet people and for the weather of course.
