Our super early wake up was rewarded by seeing a herd of huge Bison and their large nursing babies! We got back to the tent and once I had made brekkie, the heavens opened and I went back inside the inner sanctum of the tent to snuggle up with super snuggly Rosa in our double super snuggly sleeping bag, and we fell fast asleep...for the rest of the morning! The rain persisted, and he boys sought shelter in the car where they re-listened to Artemis Fowl. Once I surfaced, I cooked a super delish chicken and rice thing, with massaged kale salad and we felt nourished with good sleep and food. Phew. Having an extra night here with nothing particular to do, meant we could recharge our bodies. That, and I have no idea how many bunny stories Ben will have to make up before Rosa falls asleep!
