Sorry I haven't been as good about updating as I'd hoped.
Some tid bits from France:
1. I tried escargot. Pretty amazing for me to try it. Not bad, but a little too chewy.
2. I tried Tagine, Moroccan food. Very good. My friend Ilham is from Morocco and invited me and another girl from Legrand to try some traditional food. Then we went salsa dancing after.
3. We traveled to Chenonceau last weekend and it was very nice. Sorry for not updating anymore on that trip. Or the trip to Bordeaux for that matter. But both were very pretty and very good weekends.
4. I finished my internship today! I presented my work on Wednesday to my supervisor and two of his other colleagues. Things went pretty well and they all told me to keep in contact if I was interested in opportunities at Legrand or their subsidaries after I finish school.
And now, I'm just packing and getting ready to leave. We are getting on the train to Paris at 8:40 tomorrow morning. We're all very excited to see the world! But we are also excited that we are getting closer to the comforts of home.
Overall, this summer has been a great experience for me. I've enjoyed working at Legrand and all the people that I have met too.
Okay, this is all for now because it's late and I still ahve things to do before tomorrow. I'll try to have some updates throughout my travels though.
Miss you all. Take care!
