Michael & Katrina's travels
Day 16
The Nullarbor, the word coming from "nullus arbor" meaning no trees, is an empty stretch of the Eyre highway between Ceduna in South Australia over to Norseman in Western Australia.
The photo is from the Nullabor golf course which is the longest in the world, stretching 1365km with holes at each of the different towns across the route.
It rained all day today so not much else for it except to keep driving. At least it has cleaned the car of most of the mud it picked up in the outback.
Distance: 440km
Overnight: Nullabor roadhouse
