We went out to see some of the wonderful sights within the Grampians. Firstly we headed to the Baroka Lookout which provided some stunning views over the landscape over the Wonderland mountains.
Then we went to the Balconies which had some more great views but not quite as good as the first one. The were some interesting rock stacks on the way up which Jess thought were done by animals... we later researched and they were done by various people that visit the site! Oh, Jess also thinks an Echidna is an Enchilada and couldn't quite grasp that 1 kilometre was 1,000 metres... she thought it was 3,000 metres! (Bless her).
Next we heard to McKenzie Falls, this was quite a walk. We headed down a lot of steps and ended up at the base of a waterfall which was pretty cool. Less cool was the walk back up... we were sweating buckets and safe to say we had to headed straight for a cold drink and an ice cream from the ice creamery in Halls Gap.
Following those sights, we chilled out for the rest of the evening ahead of the drive that awaited us on Monday.
