I had originally wanted to drive down the coast to LA. I'd heard some great things about highway 1 and it was defiantly tempting, however a $500 quote for a hire car soon put a stop to my plans. Well its finally happening. Even I had my doubts, but the flights booked, the house is rented, the cars sold and the Jobs amost over. 9 months of freedom and hopefully the best 9 months of my life!
