Our second location along the Gibb river Rd was Silent Grove, a pretty little place that with four kids in tow doesn't allow for the park's title to really be appreciated. This was also the location that the kids would reunite with another 4 or so friends they had made along the way so far. The results of this meant that the campground was a hub for running, screaming, fun filled children. The noise award was at a really difficult decision because of the regular white feathered residents who come during the warmest part of the day -Little Corellas. The worst part of the picturesque little possy we had, was not mozzies, sandflies or other biting insects, it was the unwanted deposites that dropped from above at a great rate of knotst t and that they had summonned enough energy to create about a 10cm splat hee te able or even the head as it hit. I must say that after being hit by one of these free deposits it gives me great pleasure knowing that cows and more importantly, elephants don't fly!!!!
