Heythere readers, The Tanami has been a real treat to travel on. The road trains are ginormous up to 50+m in length. Ben worked out that there would be be 50 tyers on the one vehicle with 3 trailers. today we saw and did some of the touristy things, we visited the ANZAC memorial on ANZAC hill, looked at the original cornulla aviation hanger and read up on teh several of the lost lives due to air crashes or bad landings in the out back. living in these remote areas makes posting entries quite difficult. we woke this morning only to find that not only had the roof iced over during the freezing cold night, but it had also frozen on the inside of the tent too. according to the locals it was at record low temperatures over night of -5degrees celcius.
