Mum No wonder you were impressed with Stockholm, the scenery is great. Hope you are enjoying the next few stages of the trip since then .Time is certainly passing quickly now as you near the last week of your travels. Mum and Dad Thanks for the updates ,we are really enjoying them. It seems the weather is getting a little warmer and there doesn't seem to be as much snow on the ground. You have experienced really extreme weather conditions from what you are used to and there will be another extreme change when you arrive home. Andrew Thanks Mum, we celebrated Sydney New Years at 2pm local time....it was almost dark. The snow is falling hard tonight, 3-4 cms so far and still falling. Went out earlier and could hear fireworks but couldnt see them the snowfall was too heavy

Mum Just watched the Early (9pm)fireworks display from the city but don't think we will wait for the midnight show. Hope you enjoy the celebrations in Oslo. HAPPY NEW YEAR to all. With Love from us Mum
