We arrived in Iguacu after our fun break in Tucuman. We felt refreshed and ready to see some waterfalls (rather that sit in our hotel and watch football). We werent dissapointed, the Argentine side of Iguacu was amazing, you could walk practically underneath some of the waterfalls on the lower paths and right on the edge of the waterfalls on the higher path. We spent around six hours walking doing all the paths to see all the waterfalls and trying to find the best views. We were lucky in that the sun was shining so cool rainbows formed around all the waterfalls, though it was very hot, around 38°C. Definately the most impressive waterfall was the Devils throat, it was a ten minute train ride through the forest and a further 10 minute walk but you got really close and totally drenched by the waterfall. We stayed in a nice hostel as well which served Caiparinhas for 1 pound, kind of cheap. After one day on the Argentine side we went to the Brazilian side and stayed in ´Hostel of Laura`, it was nice and Laura owned two dogs, they were cool as they are the only non-rabid dogs we have seen. We then went to see the waterfalls on the Brasilian side, but after the Argentine side it was bit of a let down as you payed the same price to get in but there aren´t that many waterfalls to see and you dont get as close to the waterfalls as on the argentine side. It was still worth seeing and we took some good photos. We are off to Rio now on another 24hr coach ride. Hope everyone is well x
