Our last few days in Byron bay were spent back in the town in another hostel. We loved saying with Nick, but wanted to spend a bit more time exploring the town and have another nigth out. We had a really good night, our night out at the beginning og the week was at the famous cheeky monkeys! Which was definately an experience!!

Yesterday Ali and I hired sirf boards. It turned out to be a disatster, the waves, although big, where rubbish! Broke really close to the shore so by the time you were on a wave you crashed into the sand! Not very good at alll, we were bother exhausted and battered byt the massive crashing waves, and after about 45 minutes we gave up! I am currently sitting in the internet room of our hostel, We are getting a bus in half an hour to Surfers Paradise. Only a few hours to get there, so not too bad.
