We have been having so much fun the last couple of days.
So the other day we set out on a mission to the post office... we ended up lost and had walked 20 minutes in the wrong direction. We found where Taco Bell and Burger Kings was so I guess it wasnt a complete failed day haha.
That night we had a few beers and went to the bowling ally in our hotel. The place was empty, us being the only people in there. Liam completly kicked my ass at all 3 games! I did get better each game we played tho :P getting a strike in the end haha.
Yesterday we got a taxi down to the Boardwalk. It's a mile and a half of pure awesomeness! There is so many cool little shops. In the middle of all this is a huge lake where you can buy fish food and feed the moster fish that live in there, oh and the huge seagulls and occasional pigeon.
The first stop we made was the mirror maze. So much fun, we walked into alot mirrors tho :P
Next stop was the Ripleys Aquarium. It's pretty much like Aqua with the moving floor though the tunnels. There was a touch pool stingray bay, where I made Liam touch them :P and these weird crab things which Liam also touched :D It was pretty gross. They also do mermaid shows which we missed out on!
So then we found Old Tym Photos. Liam was a cowboy and I went for saloon girl look. It was pretty funny doing the the photo shoot. We couldnt stop laughing! But we just had to do it!
There is also a huge candy shop called It's Sugar. It's the crazyest lolly shop i have every seen. Having things like 2 pound gummy bears and meter long gummy snakes. We bought like a kg of different flavour jelly beans which is half gone about now....
After doing some shopping and going to the brewery for lunch we went to Wonderworks. Wonderworks is kinda like scientech but 1000 times better. Theres simutaler rollercoastes, baseball throwing games, a bubble station, a whole level of space games, a bed of nail (which Liam layed on), a giant walk on piano, high ropes courses just to name a few of the millions of things in there.
Other things down at the broadwalk wernt open because its winter over here. There is a section with all show rides, mini golf, swan paddle boats and a giant volcano... Coolest day!
Today we just hung out down at the indoor pools and spa. Such a relaxing day. Liams getting a little sick so we are just chilling out for the next few day... eating jelly beans and drinking dr pepper.
