NEW YORK CITY

The flight coming into New York City was amazing. The view from the plane window was so freaking cool. We got off the 5 hour flight so tired. I really don't think we are used to the time difference still, plus the time difference coming for Las Vegas.

We had a pretty cool driver take us from the airport into the city, he took us around and showed us some pretty cool views and told us alot of cool things we are going to do. He was a little bit of an insane driver... at times he would blast his rap music LOL.
We had a bit of trouble with our room we got but the staff where happy to change our room for us. The room is pretty cool, with a nice view of the street. Also having our own little kitchen to make food!

Saturday night we went to Irving Plaze where we saw Motionless in White, Chelsea Grin, Upon this Dawning and of course STICK TO YOUR GUNS. We upgraded our ticket so we could get up the top balcony super close to the stage. Drank so much beer... We met Jesse also which was pretty cool. Liam got so excited haha. So all in all an awesome first proper night out <3

Today we kinda slept most of the day, then went out to the food market so we could fill our fridge full of goodness! Then we cooked our first meal.... it wasn't good at all :P
So after all that we decided we would use the landry mat in our apparment... We got all our quarters together and just had enough for the 2 machines. Liam's shoes smelled so bad so we decided to chuck them in too... everything was going good until i put the quarters in the wrong machine adding 30 more minutes to someone else dryer.
We had no more cash for the machine so Liam walked the the super market across the street to get some, only to return with a box of cereal and 2 packs of noodles >_< Oh not to mention it is pouring with rain, about 3 degrees and... HE IS WEARING SHORTS AND THONGS like such a aussie bogan.
After speaking with the guy at the front desk he helped us our and got us the qaurters we needed. THANK GOD FOR HIM! Only to get back to the laundry mat to find that the machine was empty and 30 mins still on it... we didn't even need more coins :( we failed so hard haha.

So yeah thats our adventures so far. Tomorrow we are going exploring and ill upload some picture of this beautiful city.

I'm hoping for some snow...
