Hey guys,

Had a busy last few weeks. Been on a gymnastics coaching course ready for me starting coaching in a couple of weeks time.

Had a quiet easter as the weather wasn't great over here. I was meant to be going kayaking but it was cancelled due to the winds.

However me and my friend amy went up to the blue mountains last weekend, and this time i actually saw the mohtains and the three sisters (3 rocks). We did a nice walk and the on the sunday went abseiling and canyoning. Luckily the canyoning photos are on a disposable camera, as me in a wet suit and harnesses is not a great look. It was fantastic. The abseiling was over cliffs in the mountains and the canyoning involved jumping into cave pools, natural water slides, and to get out we had to abseil a waterfall.

I had the final of my beach volleyball tournament last night and our team won, which was good, so going to enter the next one in a few weeks. Who knows i may make the national team by the time i leave :).
