Hi im writing this a little late because i couldnt get on my blog. On saturday when i was still in Koh samui we went on a day trip to the Angthong National Marine park Islands. It cost 1300 baht, about 26 pounds for the day. We got to trek throught the jungle ans see some amazing viewpoints, including one of an amazing lake. We had lunch on the boat but it was all thai food so i struggled. I managed to eat some potato and i actually liked the sprign roll!!!! Then we went to lay on a deserted beach which was beasutiful. We were suppose to go snorkelling but it was rubbish, i wouldnt recommend the day for that but it was amazing to see the national park!! That night we went out in Lamai. We had our dinner at the food market and then went to see some thai boxing. The boxers were only about 12 years old so it was a bit horrible to see, felt really dorry for them!! Watching them punch each other was a little bit disturbing. we then left and went for cocktails and Mynt Bar. If you ever go Lamui go Mynt bar they give you control of th music and you can choose any song from the internet to play. We had cockails and played pool. Some T Rex (our nickname for old men who try it on with young Thais) was in there and playing pool. Zara challenged him to a game and i somehow ended up on his team. Having his sweaty arms around my neck whilst he guided me on my next shot was disgusting!!! We then left him to find some younger people!! On the beach we found a group of guys and played pool with them instead. We ended up having many cocktails and went onto a club in the middle of Lamui. We spent the night drinking and dancing and even the ladyboys from the cabaret show from the night before were in there!! We finally left at 6am and went to sleep. Unfortunately this meant we were too hungover to go Koh Tao (especially Ged) so had to postpone that till later. we spend sunday recovering on the beach and booking out boat for early hours monday morning to Koh Tao!! I have loved Koh Samui and the full moon party, now off to koh Tao!!!
