Just realised my message was not sent prior to Sandra's, guess because I didn't solve the security sum (!) so I'll try again - I'm part of Sandra's downhill slump now as I've arranged to take her to the theatre in Torrington tonight! Good that I've reinstated the travel journal now after a gap, glad to see your news & photos. Beating the Bounds is on Bank Holiday Monday so you'll have to wait 7 years to do it again! Saw Graham briefly last night, for a food pick up obviously, he was out to the Duke of York for a meal to celebrate Giles' birthday!
Bye for now, Love Mum X

Hi u 2 hope all is well. Have been enjoying reading your diaries which Mum brought back. What a time you are both having. A chance of a lifetime. I cant believe how quickly the time is going. I have just had a big Birthday over the weekend. The big 50!!! Steve whisked me off to the Isles of Scilly for the weekend. It was a complete surprise. Then last night when I got home from work Steve had organised a surprise party for me. What a lovely week. Its all downhill from now. Thanks for the postcard from Fiji. Take care & look forward to seeing you later this year.

Hello to both of you
Just enjoyed all your journals, what a time you are having. Thanks for the cards had several in the last two weeks. We enjoy reading them.
The christening was lovely and Harry was very good. Jessica was good as well and never made a murmur in church. It was nice seeing dad and Jo and your mum. I heard all about Graham and his lovelife from Suzanne!
We are looking forward to the cruise on 1st Sept. Will be meeting your dad and Jo, Ian Lisa and family for our golden wedding celebration in July.
Take care
Love to you both

Hi Guys
Thanks for the lovely postcard - looks beautiful there! Much nicer than here at the moment. It had been unseasonably hot and sunny but has now reverted back to wintry wet weather! Mum said you are in California now - how long are you there for?
We are all ok - My job is going ok, but stressful still and have to work very hard which I don't like. I have got into cycling(I know!!!) haven't been on a bike for 20 years but have a little one that I can put my feet on the ground, and it's fab - I really love it. Have also started swimming a bit which helps with the stress! We went camping last weekend - to Morthoe(nr woolacombe) so we've been trying different things - it's all good. Looking forward to Cyprus in July.
Take care
Love Mad xx

Hello dudes
Sorry to be slack - I've been off for a bit with ailments!
Sounds like you're having a great time - must be nice to stay in a proper house with people you know etc.. when are you doing the sky dive? Don't tell mum.
Did I tell you I have a new job? I'm going to be a personal care broker - still with social services, based in Exmouth -looking forward to starting that on 23rd.
Thanks for the postcard, it was a nice surprise.
Easter soon - yipee - we are going to the imperial for a half-dayer on friday - mary and shelley are coming too - they have been warned about harry and chunk. We are going to the olds on saturday until sunday evening - think Auntie and uncle and Patrick are going as well - so should be a lovely weekend.
Not much else to report. We are going to cyprus again in July and having a week at croyde in June around my birthday.
Have fun and happy easter

Hi Nic, thanks for the message on my journal. We must keep leaving each other messages so that we look really popular!! We are now in Oz and really missing Asia as it was so beautiful and cheap! I don't think anywhere else is going to compare. I totally agree with you about travelling being hard work. We are looking forward to a 13 hour bus journey tonight which should be fun - not! Anyway keep enjoying Asia, we are enjoying reading your journel it gives us inspiration for a possible future tour of Southeast Asia!
Loads of love
Emily and Ben xx
