Hi Nicola. I've just caught up with your blogs and I'm loving reading about your experiences in the Gambia. The adjustment to living 'the Gambian way' I can get a good grasp upon from your blog. What we take for granted and overlook in our 'normal lives' comes to the forefront and is high-lighted in extraordinary ways, and is an excellent tool in our becoming present and very mindful. Love to you, honey. I'm very proud of you. X
