had a good flight back from Cairns after the tranfser bus foirgot to pick us up!! but came finally, flight was only 3 1/2 hours and we had a tail wind so we landed 30 mintues early which was great because I had the biggest man possible sat next to me and could not move for the whole flight, grab the car and drive back to Wantirna south, we deceided to stay at some apartments close to Jack's 10 min walk as we are going to be staying there for 3 weeks when he is in restbite so thought we would not push our luck, and give him a bit of space as you are only ment to stay for a max of 2 weeks !! the aparment is great nice and swanky but we do not spend much time in it.

We have been out and about since getting back, been to St Kilda's Market today good again very art and craft;s but nice to walk along then grab coffee as we walked along Acland st which is really cool cooffee shops and cakes shops galour along with others but had a great walk around really great day St Kilda is great, a bit different to yesterday we went up into the hills to Lake Mountain about 2 hours drive this is the nearest ski resort to melboure, so though we would take a drive to see how long it would take, did a few good walks around but it is being rebuilt as this is one of the area;s so badley hit by the bush fires, as we drove though you can see the devestation it has caused there is acres and acres of burnt trees brown singed leaves and balck tree trunks, on the way back down we stopped in Marysville which is the main town this has been totally wiped off the map, this is 2 places still standing everything is rubble been burnt to the ground, it is really sad to see and you truelly can not descride the devestation of the place it makes you want to cry but they are encourging vistiors there to help the rebuild, so make a nice donation and headed back. The weathe rhas been nice sionce we have been back not has hot as Port Douglas but arounf the mid to early twentys every day but the fan is fading fast!!!, just booked to visit perth before we head to the Kimberly's are are just looking at getting to Ayres Rock so will keep you posted
