Just as the forecast had said, today was completely overcast, we had a storm and rain. Not fun when you're staying near all the beaches of Sydney! It's meant to be the same tomorrow but then good on Christmas and Boxing Day . . . . fingers crossed!

We got up and had some brekkie and then got the bus to Bondi Junction. We had a quick walk around the mall, a lot of January sales have started now. When we went past the huge pet shop I fell in love with a puppy Jack Russell, Nick fell for the puppy Golden Retrievers, they were little balls of fluff and so cute and bouncy! We woke up to clear blue skies and glorious weather, a nice change from yesterday! After some breakfast we packed up the beach bag and headed down to Tamarama Bay, which for a Sunday was surprisingly empty. Anji was out on a photo shoot all day today (she's a freelance makeup artist as well as a Qantas Air Hostess) and said we could have the laptop for the day. It was completely over cast and grey outside today and it was actually quite cold too so we decided we'd spend sometime on planning our 5 weeks in America. We made our Christmas shopping list today - we are going to treat ourselves to some chocolate (even though it is nowhere near as good out here), mince pies, proper cereal etc. It is going to be our Christmas present to each other, luxury food lol. It seems like the Christmas Day BBQ with our neighbours, flat mate and her friends has all fallen through which is a shame so not too sure what we are going to be doing Christmas Day now.
