Kathakali is a form of Keralan drama, where actors wear lavish costumes and don't speak but use stylised movements to convey what's happening. It's accompanied by drums and singing, and goes on for about an hour and a half - quite a long time if you're not entirely sure what the eye-wobbling is all about.
