So since im going from a droid to an iPhone, and will manually put all my cocatnts and stuff, do I need to use my sim card from the droid? Or does the iPhone come with a brand new sim card already that you can use from scratch??

I think you missed the point. Adams isn't saniyg that the administration doesn't matter far from it it's that the President himself has very little say in matters. At least, I suspect the current one does. Mr. Gates might do a better job of taking personal control..
