Spent my last day with Du in Saigon before heading off to the airport from Du's house at 5.00pm. Very sad to be leaving.

Caught the Lufthansa flight from HCMC- Bangkok. It was the first leg of the HCMC-Frankfurt 747 and it was packed. All on time though. I arrived at Bangkok International at about 11.00pm which gave me just under 2 hours for my connection to Beijing.

Bangkok airport is as I remembered it, very big and very busy with people taking connections from all over the world.

Had time for a Chang beer before catching mu Air China flight to Beijing at 00.55am.
