Hi Cookster/Devlin
Looks like you are having a great time. Very jealous as I have itchy feet to travel again. Bloody cold here at the moment and feeling it so much more this year!
Taj looks amazing - my old boss is off there next week and wish I could go!
What is the beer like - not bad from what I have heard. More to the point, have you got any dcent curry recipes?
Hang long and speak soon

Matt
alight everyone.. cheers for the message lynds, i've written down your suggestions and will take full advantage of your local knowledge (mum i'll be taking advantage of yours too by getting p.issed in Ronil beech). We've just got back to our hotel in Delhi (the one we started from) after a 14 hour cockroach and rat infested sleeper train journdey, Devlin is upsairs fast asleep as she got none last night.. Other than that it's been a cracking tour and i'd reccomend it to everyone (saying that i can't say i'm upset to have 9 days in Goa in front of me).
At some point we'll update the travel diary with what we've been up to (i know we've done a lot but i can't remember what we did in what order). The most amazing thing is that my number 2's are still solid as a rock.. i'm well hard..
keep mailing.. have a gooden,
matt
p.s. Neil... cheers for the joke, i'll save that one for the curry tonight and pass it off as my own.

I'm sitting here with your mum, (she's p*****d as usual) we've been trying to locate your site for a milleneum cos you mum's the original 'webmaster'. Need i say more. Where are you guys now. Must go to Palolem Beach, stay in the beach huts and go to Brown's German Bakery for breakfast. mmmmmm luvley. PS DONT TRY GOAN SAUSAGE ...have you seen the Pig Toilets yet!!!!!!!!. Marvellous in terms of recyclin and eco-friendly etc but ughhhh!!!. Must also have banana pancakes and ginger masala chai, yummy. PS great after too many sherbets. Dont forget Anjuna Market on Wednesdays. Oh yeah, go to Gokarna in Karnataka ( pilgrim site for hindu's and sanskrit scholars etc ) if you can, and on to Om Beach, much better than Baga and Calangute (they're very touristy). Paradise Beach is a boat ride away but they're all stoned. Great entertainment for a day. SOOOO much to see in South India oo oo oo go to Hampi..........fab. E mail me and let me know how you are gettin on. I miss India alot.....:) xxx Aunty Lyns PS Hannah has downloaded the JCB song for Max - i - mouse, for when he comes next week...we know you'll approve. Txt me back see ya Matt and Nic 'globe trotters' ooo yeah, we're off to the Lal heveli (or whatever) on the 16th for a Mat and Nic 'thinkin of you' meal, (any excuse for a piss up) mwah. xxx

Glad to see you are enjoying yourself .when you get to Goa worth going for a meal at the Ronil Beach hotel at Baga -good food the restaurant is around the pool and two or three nights a week they have live bands playing good rock /blues music.Outside the hotel are lots of taxis and you can book one for the day for about £12 .
Neil
Hi Guys,
Glad to hear you're enjoying yourselves living in other people's poo - I can see the smile on Nic's face from here : )
We're trying to have fun without you - I even went to the local Charity Pantomime in aid of Homophobic Paranoid-Schizophrenics last night. It was going well, but all descended into chaos when someone shouted "He's behind you !!!!"

Well hello there!
it was fab to get an email from you and to know that you made it on the first leg of journey fine and are in top form!. sounds like you have done so much already which is fantastic, guessing the slide show when your back could go on for few days!! but can't wait to see all these amazing places, even the poo hut sounds exciting (in a smelly minging way!)
well i'm just at work, knackered and only a few hours till me next job, but life is good, in its own little way. i have no gossip from my life really, its all very dull here (not much happens in a week in manchester!). Big Brother is fantastic though but i wouldn't be pinning for that too much it's not good enough to drag you home!
anyway finished work now, yippee!
hope to hear from you again very soon with same more interesting stories.
luv to you and matt (missing you loads)
take care
Brett

This is my first message on my own message board! It is my last day at work today, so I am adding a message because I have sent everyone the link for this website, so I thought there should be at least a trace of me - although I think Matt and Brian are doing a great job of keeping the dream alive on their own! We are off in 2 weeks and 5 hours (who's counting??) so I will post more messages when I have actually left the country. Please Please PLEASE post lots of msgs - 12 months on my own with Matt is bound to drive me to insanity, so I need all your support in this endevour. Looking forward to hearing from you all soon - just to let you know, we fly to Dehli on 20th Jan for a 2 week orgainsed tour of North India, then we plan to travel to Goa and spend a week or two relaxing with the lovely Moutney's (Brian and Anne) and then off to Vietnam - so keep in touch. People of Manchester - I want regular updates of the Beetham Tower, any new clubs, pubs or flash apartment buildings - and people everywhere, I want regular soap/celebrity updates!! xxx
