Arrived in new south wales yesterday (first stop byron bay ) after a couple of days in Surfers paradise (ok, i know that surfers is in queensland but it's only an hour away so i'm putting it with this postcard, mainly cos i'm a rebel). tried surfing whilst in surfers, they give you a massive foam board so that you can stand up even when not moving (if you're as skillful as me that it), it was pretty good fun and i will definately be doing it again.
