Nodyn byr tra'n aros i'r stafell gael ei baratoi ar ein cyfer ni. Wedi cyrraedd Xi'an. Ychydig o blonde moment wrth i ni gael sioc o weld pobl yn paratoi i adael y tren ar ol 11 awr o deithio, ddim 20. Maen ymddangos mai rhif y set oedd yr 20 awr . . .ddim yr amser trafeulio!!! Beth bynnag, ni wedi cyrraedd. Hostel ddigon cozy, hefo digon o bosteri, ac anrhegion yn profi ei fod wedi bod yn gartref i sawl un o'n blaenau . . heb weld yr ystafell eto, ond maer toiled yn un or goreuon ni wedi ei weld hyd yn hyn.

Cyfforddus hefyd oedd y daith ei hun ar y tren, rhad a dymunol, dwin cymryd mai'r seti cyfforddus (mae dewis ) oedd gynon ni, ac er na gawsom lawer iawn o gwsg, aeth y trip ddigon sydyn, yn enwedig gan ei fod 9 awr yn fyrach na'r hyn roeddem ni wedi'i ddisgwyl!! hehe.

Un peth, mae'r trip diwetha ar y tren wedi'n hysgogi i gydymffurfio a dod yn dipyn o giampstars ar y ddawn o sgwatio.

O ran tywydd, clos, styffi, a phoeth, cawsom gip ar yr haul am gyfnod ddoe, ond fel arall cymylog . . . . mae gen i'r rash ar fy mreichiau i brofi bod y tywydd reit boeth yma!! Dwin ddiolchgar iawn i Lisa am y sudacream!!!! er, mae'r athrawes yn Lisa yn golygu bod ganddi fwy o ddiddordeb mewn tynnu llunie o trefor y tedi trafeulio i'w gynnwys ym mhrosiectau y dyfodol.

Hello!!

So we're now in xi'an, which for those who might be interested is an 11hour train ride from beijing . . . not the 20hour epic of a journey we first anticipated . . turns out the 20 was in fact the seat ticket. Ah well. The hostel itself seems fairly convinient, and quite cozy, with from what we've seen a decent buzz. it's cozy with plenty of momentos to show that it has been a home to plenty before us. We have yet to see our room, but incidentally the toilets are one of the nicest we have seen thus far!!

The actual train ride was much better than expected . . .We possibly had created a picture of the worst case scenario in our minds, but, even though we didnt get much sleep, it was a pleasant trip! The time did actually pass rather quickly - probably due to the fact that we arrived 9 hours earlier than what we'd first thought!!! hehe. we went for the cheap option of a seat ticket not a bed - and to be honest, would do the same again - it was alright!!!

the train experience also helped us embrace the squating technique!! (you can figure out what I mean yourself - I'm not spelling it out!! though, not to deter any future travellers - there were western toilets available as well!!! :P)

So, the weather - hot, sticky, sweaty (I - Nia - have the heat rash on my arms to prove it) we did see a bit of sun yesterday, but it's mostly cloudy.

I also want to add that, we would not of been able to reach the railway station / or hostel if it wasn't for the local people. They were helpful when we needed it most - even with the language barrier. xiexie to them!
