Hello people, Rhi here -

Yeah so here in Bali, finally found an internet place that has air con (my new and dearest best friend - sorry girl!)

Hope all is well with you lot surprisingly I do still care (see i'm not that shallow)

Yeah so the dealio is I'm currently in Ubud, Bali me and Nez have just been to a monkey forest which at first I was excited about but by the end I couldn't wait to get out of following a near attack. (you buy 20 bananas for a quid before going in and some daddy monkey wanted the bunch and threatened me with a near bite, boy those teeth are scary!! Plus I'm a complete wimp)

Other than that we enjoyed a tour of the island yesterday a guy from our hotel took us around (he was totally in love with the big sis, which of course put my nose out of joint how rude i'm much younger - however these heat conditions do nothing for my looks and anyway he wasn't even fit ha! - just kiddin by the way Paulie - phew!) We saw a traditional Hindu dance which involves witches parading as cousin it lookie likey monsters and ping pongey music - fab and scary (no, i really am a wimp though!) we then went to a batik centre were they make art with hot wax....

Anyway we spent far too much money on Batik stuff and Silver and some incredibly detailed Balinese paintings - oh well we plan to have it all shipped back tomorrow.

We are staying in a very nice 2 story cottage over looking paddy field (actually I think everything here over looks a paddy field - rice being the staple diet, 4 breakfast, lunch and dinner). It has an outdoor shower and lots of places to laze around.

Tomorrow we are off to party town in Kuta for the last 2 nights in Bali. We haven't really gone mad on the alcohol (too hot, too tired, too boring) so we thought we might sample some night life here before we go off to Oz on Friday.

Anyway hope all is well at home and that its starting to get even more cold and dark - aaaahhh poor ones over there!
