Henia's & Nicole's Adventure
Nicole: This is where henia lived when she studied abroad and for this past year. This city has many attractions it is on the smaller side for a capital. It has a beautiful cathederal, an outside roman theater still somewhat preserved, roman baths, a river, part of a roman wall, and an arch...and more. I have to say the arch is my favorite because it is huge and there is a huge rock inbetween it. Yet if two people stand inside the arch on each side and talk into it you can hear each other...craziness...i have a picture. We went out to the bars with henias friends which were really nice and fun. We ate tapias (sp.) which are a typical spanish food. In the bars in Spain everyone just drops there cigarrettes and trash on the ground. Dogs just poop in the middle of a busy walk way...you really have to look after that. Also spaniards stare...a whole lot...and it is ok here. If you smile at a spaniard whild walking down the street, usally they will not smile back. Yet if you need help with anything and you ask them they are more than helpful. As soon as i can i will post pictures...
