So, on the 20th January 2013, it was one of the very few snowy days we have in the UK. Sods law! We had spent all day wondering, waiting and checking to see if our flight had been delayed or cancelled due to the adverse weather conditions but fortunately it was all going ahead!
The Last Supper, or more accurately put - The Last Very Early Dinner in England With Loved Ones For a While, was spent at TGI Fridays. The reason we chose TGI Fridays was because we thought there would be something for everyone there. Unfortunately that wasn't actually the case. We are going to take this opportunity to apologise to Penny for choosing a restaurant with only about 3 vege options, and even less on offer due to your aversion to all things spicy/tastey. Sorry!
To cap off a half successful feed, we were very surprised when our waiter came over with 2 deserts and forced us to stand, whilst he bellowed from a balcony to Westfields bewildered population and started a good old sing song with a quartet of backing Waitingers (waiter/waitress singers)! The familiar burn of a red face lasted a fair few minutes, but it was greatly entertaining! Thanks.
