Papa & Mummy McGee - You both sound confused about Al's coconut (a bit like me on the night really! - actually I'm still trying to work out why Al wouldn't part with it). Just to clarify - the coconut had fallen from a tree, Al got extremely attached to it while she was enjoying the midnight swim & then she wanted to take it to bed with her but couldn't find it by the end of the night.

But, the one good thing about our drunken nights out- we get some great stories we'll never forget! I couldn't think of anyone I'd rather party with!! :-) You'll have trouble taking Al back home after Christmas, I don't think I can part with her!! Its hard to even think about it at the moment!

Hope you girls have now recovered from yet another hangover. Champagne at just 1$ a glass - some girls have all the luck. 'talia, can't believe you stopped at just one bottle. If my calculations are correct - 6 glasses = 1 bottle = falling over. Keep taking lessons from Al and don't despair there is hope for you yet. Well...we're sat in a cafe on Magnetic Island, feeling extremely sorry for ourselves (of course...absolutely nothing to do with the beverages consumed last night!!!)
Last night was one of our heaviest yet! Arrived at a luxurious hostel with the bar right on the beach (Base). Our first drinks were 1$ champagnes for a whole hour, followed by 4$ glasses of wine. Excellent!
You'll be pleased to know that Nat budgeted extremely well, having only spent 6$, she was a gonna!! Whereas Al....30$! (AA still awaits her!)
The bar people announced early closure of the bar, due to extemsive glass breaking (Again, nothing to do with our rowdy group in the corner...Al & David!)
"Let's go down to the pool" was our great idea & it wasn't long before Al entised the guys in & we splashed about til the early hours (with Al's DAMN COCONUT!)
We must go now, screens too blurry & need to rest for round two tonight! Love, the girls xxxx

Many thanks for being so gallant, we are very grateful to you for helping Natalie and Alex. Gareth I feel I know you well 'cause you are huggin my daughter a lot in the photo's. We are from Barry and we don't speak Welsh either. However, I could teach you the Welsh national anthem - now that could be a challenge - naaaa forget that. News from home boys - you may be interested to hear that the rugby season has begun. Wales drew with Australia two weeks ago. We then went on to beat the Pacific Islands last week. Hope to beat Canada on Saturday. The big challenge will be New Zealand on the 25th of November. (Remember to wear you red shirts). We are a bit apprehensive about this match - watch this space!
