We really enjoyed reading your park visit journal - we thought it was very well written and gave a good insight into the real China which tourists like us might not experience.

I will buy some pistachio nuts tomorrow and I will go to Tesco's and see if they are selling cats ears!

It sounds like you're having so much fun!!! The crazy park city sounds good but weird, more exciting than home though.

I'm ill at the mo - only a cold - but they sent me home from school which was quite nice. So i've spent the day watching Gone With The Wind in bed! Sorry I missed your call - upset that i did - i was in Cardiff with Dan. I had a cold all half term, so spent most of the time sitting in coffee shops sipping Lemsip! Dan didn't really mind as he loves doing nothing too, however it was a lovely city - or what i saw of it - very clean and a fantastic Primark!!

It's a shame I won't be able to celebrate your birthday with you in China (damn work, ruins everything!) however, i'm sure you'll still party S&N style! Will you have a number I can ring so i can wish you happy birthday? Really want to speak!
