This morning we took the Eurostar train from Paris to London. Besides the fact that I was worried how we were going to get all of our luggage on the train it was a great experience. The total trip was 2 hours and 17 minutes and only 20 minutes of that was under the water. This train really moves fast. I think we will call today "The Many Steps of Paris"! Today began with a visit to Sacré-Cœr, a beautiful basilica in the Montmartre neighborhood. Definitely worth the visit. Another great day of sight seeing in Paris. Here is a run down of what we did today. We started in the Latin Quarter seeing Les Arenes de Lutece. It is a 2nd century Roman amphitheater that once accommodated around 10,000 people. It is now used by locals to play football…we were the only ones there but the thought it was really awesome!
