OK so apparently you can't read the gear list on the picture at all . So here's a more detailed list of everything that I'm carrying and the weights by category for any of your gear geeks. As you can see, lots of planning has to go into a long distrance hike as once you're on the trail you can't just pop to the store if you're missing anything! I'll share more about food on another blog entry.
