Mommy And Daddy At Home
Hello we are home! Glad to get your text this morning, i forwarded it to lots of people!!! You might have had some random replies. Traffic was bad on way back - took us 7 hours - is that a record. We have to unpack on our own too - hmmmm. Hope you have fun in Sydney the Blue Mountains are supposed to be good. Very tired now, hope you find Hillsongs ok. I'm sure youll get a sneaky photo.
Mom & Dad In Cornwall
Wednesday 4.45pm.
Today we are in Truro, presently sitting in the library cos they give you 30 mins free internet access (nice people). We waved goodbye to Dave, Gill, Mat & Sarah this morning and then had a nice cooked breakfast courtesy of Gary & Heather. In Truro we have visited the Cathedral (again) where a very knowledgeable guide told us lots of interesting things. Such as the Cathedral is kinky! No, not like that. It is built slightly twisted so that it didn't stretch into the busy main road. You Mom says you must at least paddle in the sea before you come home so that you have sampled the Pacific from both sides. I'm not sure she would paddle in the sea in the winter though! Hope the packing goes well and the flight up to Sydney is trouble free. The airport situation in the UK is starting to get better. Christy should be over the Atlantic now on her way home although she was messed around over the departure time. Take care, God bless you. Love you loads xxxxxxxxxxxxx.
Mike Again
don't have time for ANYTHING
just thought i'd share
Mike The Best
Hello i'm back, temporarily. Soul Survivor was good, although i accidentally drove down there without stopping because i was following a car with a fish sticker and a big packet of crisps in the back who, as it turned out, weren't going to soul survivor.
I do hope you get the chance to visit Hillsongs in their natural habitat, because after having been in meetings with 10,500 people i have decided to make it a competition. and there was a total of 11 meetings over the 5 days so thats like 115,500 people. BEAT THAT. also, there were at least 339 new christians over 2 days, plus others that weren't counted, it was a very happy time :)
anyway, i can't stop, i have a lot to do before i go to scillies, and im going to laser quest tonight with bridgnorth peeps, so it all needs to be done tomorrow.
i need another list.
Dad In Cornwall
Tuesday 6pm.
Hi Sweetheart. I have driven to Wadebridge to send a few emails about work using the WI-Fi link! BORING! So I thought I would drop you a line while I was here. We've been to Mawgan Porth today. Uncle Dave and I beat Mat and Sarah at tennis - straight sets 6-4 6-4. Strike one for the oldies! Dave, Gill, Mat & Sarah are going home tomorrow so we're having a big meal for all of us to celebrate the end of their hols. Any excuse for a nosh up. The rest are back at the site probably eating already. Hope you're filling your last days in Melbourne with some exciting excursions. Don't forget to text if you have any concerns about money but there should be plenty in the account for you. Aunty Gill says to tell you to be careful of your belongings when you're staying in the dorm in Sydney. There are a lot of dishonest folk about who would grab your purse, passport, phone or anything else at the first chance so take care. Get things locked away if you can. Weather here is to take a turn for the worse in the next couple of days so don't know when we will take the awning down. Well my stomach is grumbling so I'd better get back to the others to see if they've left me any food!. Take care, God bless. Love you loads xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.

Hi Gorgeous
we are still here been on a long walk to Betjemans church today. Sun shining but the forecast isnt so good for getting the awning down - we can hope. The penguin story was really good we enjoyed that, Dad copied the web page with your Philip Island entry so that everyone has been able to read it. Enjoyed by all. Mike has made it safely to Soul Survivor. Apparently there are about 10,000 people there. He has been to a few seminars, one good the others not so. Dave & Gill are going home in the morning. We shall go home on Friday cos Dad doesn't want to battle through jams on Saturday. You must let us know what excursions you're planning for your last few days in Melbourne. If you get a chance try to post a few more pics on your album page. Let us know if you think you are short of money. Well the tourist info shop is closing now so we have to sign off. Keep safe, have fun. God bless love you loads xxxxxxxx
Andy

Mom & Dad In Cornwall
It's Friday evening and we've driven into Wadebridge to find a Wi-Fi hotspot so we can get online with Dad'd laptop.
Philip Island sounds like a heap of fun. Glad you had a good time. We can't wait to see the photos. As Andy said, a kangaroo's tail is immensely strong. They can actually support themselves on just their tail i.e. legs in the air!
Mom was most amused at the thought of puzzled penguins looking at an upside down Sarah staring at them. Od course your Mother thinks that you were actually the right way up then since everyone in Oz is walking around upside down anyhow.
We're trying to drum up some enthusiasm in the party to go and see the new Pirates of the Caribean movie. Aunty Heather has mentioned 'Over the Hedge'. We'll just have to change her mind.
Kristy's goodbye bbq at Fred's tonight. Uncle Gary has bought another car. I think he's going to set up in business to rival Hertz.
Hope your party goes well. Bye for now. God bless, love you loads xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.
Andy
Hi, Philip Island sounds fab. Much better than cleaning up poo anyway. Photo of the Koala's was a bit of a rip off, especially as they wouldn't let you take any photo's. Oh and Kangaroo's do use their tails to help them stand and for balance also to defend themselves too. They whip you with it, gotta hurt! I bet you've got some good photo's now?
Sorry I missed you this morning, I was fast asleep. I've finally sorted out the junk in my spare room. All to be sold on eBay!
Take care :-)
Mom & Dad In Cornwall
Hi Sweetheart! How are things today? No more explosions hopefully. We have come to Wadebridge today and we are using a PC in the library. You get the first 30 mins free! It is still warm but rather overcast so we shall not be going to the beach. We've parked at the park so we can have a game of tennis after lunch.
Mom will sit it out with the newspaper! Big story here today is that all the airports are closed. I think some Muslims got caught at Heathrow trying to take a botle or bottles of fluid on in hand luggage to blow up the plane in mid-air. According to radio news the terrorists were targetting 10 planes from the UK including some when they were over America. So they have stopped all flights until about 3pm this afternoon and they have introduced much stricter check-in procedures. Aunty Gill made slight faux pas yesterday. Your Mom has 12 books not 7! Your Mom says she needs to speed up cos she has only read 4 so far. Dad is on his first, but he does do crosswords and sudoku too. As it is Thursday We presume you have been to Philip Island. We're looking forward to hearing all about it. Hope evrything continues to go well. God bless you, love you loads xxxxxxxxxxxxx
