I literally slept 6 hours when I first got here. Just got back from a cruise to nassau and I barely got any sleep! But I decided to get up and eat then work out. First time ever at a friendly's!

Crowne plaza. The work out equipment is good. They have treadmills, a bike, dumbbells, and a few machines. No free breakfast, but apparently a cheap buffet.
