Welcome to Salzburg!
At 4am.
Took the overnight train from Venice. Thank God I booked the couchette. It was so comfortable. I never expect that. And I had breakfast in bed. Just... at 3.30am. Yay. It was also good because I booked the 6-person female compartment which ended up on 4 people. It's a safety feature by OBB (Austrian railway) where that compartment is just situated next to the train conductor.
Right now, I'm waiting for the buses to start work. The first one will start at 5.51am. Must must take that one because the frequency is by hour until 7am I think.
Anyways, the land of Sound of Music do have a pretty, clean & decent looking main train station. It's unfortunate that most toilets in Europe require a payment to enter. It's annoying. Sorry, I'm from Asia. Malaysia to be exact where we frown at the thought of paying to go into the washroom.
It's freezing cold & I'm in my Fitflops. I may have to get a pair of boots if the weather is gonna persist this way. I do have a pair of covered walking shoes. But. I need in to be in fashion, right?
Okay. I so need to take a shower.

Justin I wouldnt mind paying if the toilets are clean...which would of course make it different from Malaysia =/ And I find the idea that a backpacker still cares about being in fashion slightly amusing =P
