Let's say the next few hours were a bit of a blur. Pokies, free drinks, lack of sleep and the vibe of Vegas had Choco and his girl Latte out in force. We managed to lose our bag with everything in it. Cards, ID, money only to have someone hand it into security. We got it all back! There is all our Vegas luck used up right there. Choco and Latte still blame each other for leaving the bag when in all honesty it could have been either of us. Food time and it was like a $60 end of night Maca's run but American style. Into the food court and we went nuts. Kurt got a pizza the size of a small round dining table and a schnitzel for me because that is what I needed. I got a deluxe hit dog for Kurt and a "Reuben" which I think is a New York specialty but was the best thing in ever tasted. Corned beef and some cabbage thing like coleslaw on slightly toasted rye. Will have to order again sober to check if it is really as good as in think. I dropped Kurt's hot dog. He got cranky and I went up to the room. It took Kurt close to 40mins to find the room with out me, by which time I was passed out in our giant bed. We woke at around 3am so the jet lag got the best of us. Kurt had removed all the items from the mini bar to store his left over pizza and my schnitzel unaware that here in the mighty US of A they have smart fridges that automatically add the cost of the Irma to your tab once you remove it and close the door. Hehehe. We now have around $1000 worth of mini bar on our tab. Plus heaps of warm drinks on the floor of the hotel and left over food we can't heat because there is no microwave. A do not disturb sign on the door and we fall back to sleep around 6am only to wake up at 2pm!!! Seems we slept thru a major storm and parts of Nevada are on flood alert. Still 7 days of this crazy town to go. (and thanks mamma mamma. The card is now working!!)
