Day one Charleston started with breakfast on the fourth floor roof terrace of the Andrew Pinckney Inn and a Skype call to the UK. I think I made a new flavour combination. By mistake I put cream cheese on my biscuit (scone) instead of butter, followed by fruit jelly on top. It reminded me of a cream tea, just less rich. So, I ate the whole thing as it was actually pretty good!
