Brilliant sunny day so we headed down to the coast - Spencer wanted to build sandcastles & paddle in the Mediterranean sea. Collioure is a beautiful medieval seaside town, where many artists have lived incl Picasso & even Charles Rennie Mackintosh. Had fish for lunch ( Linda's favourite, moules et frites), then ice-cream.
