10.30 We have just been in the pool with Greg, the epitome if surf dudeness, who happens to be our dive instructor. We have done a quick refresher with the tri dive people, Bella (australian who thought she'd been ski-ing in Cairns) Terry (who works in public Transportation in Canada) and Grey (who I thought was English when I first saw him due to the lion tattoo on his chest). The refresher was very simple and straightforward and would not have been worth the ...

Dive number 1 First was was way cool. Saw lots if fish, black sea urchins, more fish, more sea urchins, coral, more fish. No I don't know what their names were. Will have to look them up. We stayed down for ages, looks like Neil has learnt to breathe slowly and calmly and his air is lasting much better. He did get to 500 before me, so I stayed down a little bit longer and swam with the fishes, whatever their names were.

The heaven's opened. We have been looking at the cloud beyond the mountain for the last few days, and as we were driving back we got to see the rain it had been holding on to. Great splattery globs of rain, for most of our journey back.

2.14pm Cafe is closed on a Sunday .... and a Monday ... and after 3pm. This might be an interesting plae to try and revisit. Well at least we k ow where it is, and it's seriously off the beaten track. Maybe I should persuade Neil that going to Hanna's is a better idea.

13.30 We're on a drive up to the Wikilau Cafe, and stopped off at the beach opposite the Kahula Ranch to drop off a couple of travel bugs and have a paddle in the sea. The dropping off all went fine, but I also managed to drop my sandal in the sea and had to retrieve it in a hurry.
