The Travels Of Rachel And Simon
Today we made it to Sighisoara famous for being the birthplace of Vlad the impaler, now known as Dracula. The old part of town was medieval and had really charming little streets and houses.
I'm the evening we had dinner in the square and watched a group of people from the museum (we presume) demonstrate medieval weapons, fighting and dancing. It was very odd but also rather amusing.
We are heading over to Brasov tomorrow morning to go and visit another medieval town and the famous Dracula castle there, which actually has nothing to do with Dracula except that he may have once attacked it.
