At expensive internet place so don't have much time. Just wanted to check in and tell you all that I am in PARIS. Saw Notre Dame yesterday and did some shopping. France played in the World Cup last night so I went to a few bars and watched that. They won and it was crazy here. I stood on a corner and watched for an hour and then went back to the hotel. It was still going on when I went to bed at 1:00 last night. People were hanging out of cars, honking, screaming, and holding flags. I got videos of it. There were two guys holding up a France flag on the street and every car had to go under it. I will have to show you all the videos. This morning we went to the Louvre. Yes Matt, to the Louvre. I thought of you when we were going there. Then a bunch of us went to Versailles. We just got back and have to get to dinner in 1/2 hour. Our last dinner together as a group. I'm going to miss so many people here. I've made some great friends. Ragen was really great too. He's the guide. I think I mentioned him before. After dinner we're going to Arc de Triumph. Should be cool at night. Tomorrow a few of us plan to go to the Eiffel Tower in the morning, then go up the Champs Elysees. Not sure what we're going to do after that. Probably go our own ways and then meet up for dinner and a river cruise at night. Have to get back for dinner now! Au revoir! Monica
