Been in Beijing for 5 days now and it has been brilliant. Haven't really been to all the sites but we did the main ones including Tia'an Sq, forbiden city and Great wall.

Really enjoyed the forbiden city, it was massive and the exhibits were good, must admit gardens were a let down as thought they were meant to be really big too but I could have got mixed up with the Summer Palace!

Great wall trek was wicked went on forever as booked on to a long one by mistake and had to walk through 32 of the watch towers, it took about 4 hrs. Could have been quicker if i hadn't stacked! But nothing changes!

Some people here are really rude and don't believe in ques or manners but I can't say it is the locals as the place is like london and coming down with tourists!

Heading to Xi'an tonight to see the Ter cot army should be good.
