Well, today I finally arrived in la Republica Dominicana, so yay! The mission is beautiful and if today was any indication to how the semester will go then I guess I'm in luck! We were given a kind introduction to the country and the mission by a great meal of sandwiches and fresh fruit, while later going to the chapel and hearing a taste of soem of the beautiful music here. The drive from the airport was also something of great interest. Just looking out the window you can see the energy of this place, and it is something that i cannot wait to fully experience! The people I am here with are amazing! they all seem like great people and i cannot wait for the semester to progress. But everything is all organized and arranged, so that is good, and the fans are going, so that is even better! I hope to have many pictures up soon, maybe after tomorrows' excursion into the city.

p.s. one, there is a dog at the mission, so yay! y two, there are white sox stickers on the bulletin board, so that can only mean good things!
